What is the Subscription?
A Coffee Club subscription is a simple repeat order every month, so you never run out of your favourite new coffee (exclusive – you can’t buy it anywhere else).

Can I Change or Cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your subscription order anytime. Your order confirmation email has your order information and repeat order dates. You can visit the website ‘my account’ for details too. If in doubt ‘contact’ our customer support team with your order details for reference.

Delivery?
We use both 24 hour express for fast delivery or Royal Mail Second Class for economy. You can decide at the checkout which to use. Costs vary depending on weight of the final order. Heavy orders are sent as Parcel Delivery. We may contact you to find a bespoke delivery option.

Can I make Bulk orders?
You are welcome to contact us for a bespoke deal for your coffee shop or office for example.

Can I make a return?
Yes, we accept returns of goods in as new condition and securely packaged. A return must arranged within 14 days of your delivery date. Simply notify Customer Support to say you are making a return and refer to your order details as reference to recive full return instructions. Returns should be via a recoded delivery service.

How does ‘No Quibble’ money back guarantee work?
We also accept the return of an open pack if you’ve tried it and decided you didn’t enjoy it for any reason. We will refund you the purchace prices with our no quibble money back guarantee.
